Server results and privacy notice for SFP RACING HUB.
SFP RACING HUB is an unofficial support page for users of the server. It helps drivers review public session results, lap times, leaderboards and driving statistics imported from the configured server data source.
This website is only intended to support the server community. It provides a clear way for drivers to find their times, review past sessions, compare leaderboard results and understand the data generated while using the server.
Made for drivers and community members who use or follow the server.

Driver display names are limited and internal player IDs are not public.
The site is not intended to generate revenue from driver data.
Server Operator Role
The site is operated or configured by the server operator or community administrator responsible for the results source. It is not an official game service and is not operated by the game publisher.
The server operator uses this site to make public session data easier to read, help with server administration and let drivers review their own performance.
Data Source And Scope
Data is imported from the configured results source for the server. The application processes that source to display finished sessions, leaderboard entries, driver pages and aggregated statistics.
The site is focused on driving results. It is not intended to create a general personal profile, collect unrelated personal information or track users outside the context of server results.
Publicly Displayed Data
The site may show driver display labels, cars, tracks, session names, session dates, best lap times, lap times, sector times, pit or invalid lap status, leaderboard positions, consistency scores and aggregated statistics.
Internal player IDs, sync identifiers and technical matching data are not intended to be displayed publicly. They may be kept internally only when required to import, match, update or deduplicate results.
Why The Data Is Used
The data is used to provide a transparent public leaderboard, show driving performance, help drivers find their own times, and assist the server operator with administration of the server.
Where a legal reason is required, the purpose is the server operator's legitimate interest in running a transparent community leaderboard and maintaining the server, with the public data limited to result details.
The data is not intended to be sold, rented, shared for advertising, used for marketing, or reused outside the server community context.
Non-Commercial Purpose
The site is provided as a community support tool. It is not designed as a paid service, advertising platform, data broker, ranking business or commercial profile database.
Any public statistics are shown to make the server experience more useful for drivers and community members, not to generate revenue from driver data.
Driver Display And Privacy
Driver names are anonymised on public display where possible. The goal is to keep rankings understandable for the server community without unnecessarily publishing full driver names.
The site may still need to keep technical identifiers in the database so it can match entries, update rollups and avoid duplicate records. These identifiers are not intended to be exposed as public profile information.
Cookies
The site may use technical cookies required by the application framework or by protected administration pages. These cookies are used for basic operation, security or access control.
The site is not intended to use advertising cookies, marketing trackers or third-party behavioural profiling for visitors.
Logs And Security
Like most hosted websites, the server environment may create technical logs such as request dates, visited URLs, IP-related connection data or error information. These logs are used for security, debugging, reliability and abuse prevention.
Administration and synchronisation actions should remain restricted to the intended server operator configuration and access controls.
Removal Requests
A driver can ask for their public data to be removed or further hidden. Requests can be made through the community Discord or a server administrator, with enough information to identify the driver profile concerned.
Acceptable Use
The data is provided for personal review, performance tracking and community activity around the server. It should not be used to harass, target, shame, profile, impersonate or expose drivers.
Mass extraction, republication or reuse of the displayed data outside the community context should be avoided unless the server administrator approves it.
Accuracy And Availability
The site depends on the configured server source, the game output and the synchronisation process. Results, scores, invalid laps, pit laps, rankings or statistics can be wrong, missing or outdated.
The site may be updated, temporarily unavailable, reset, corrected or changed without notice when required for maintenance, privacy, moderation or technical reasons.
Third-Party Names
Game names, vehicle names, track names, brands or other third-party references may appear only to identify the sessions and results shown to server users. They remain the property of their respective owners.
Administration
The administrator may correct, hide or remove data, adjust the anonymisation method, restrict access, or update this notice when required for technical, privacy, moderation or community reasons.
